Hotel Villa Kinzica - Pisa

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from the Leaning Tower. The breakfast lacked variety and was very basic.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with excellent view, comfortable beds and got it upon arrival...

The staff - some of them were not particularly welcoming.

The room I stayed in was quite old-fashioned, with mismatched furniture and worn decor that didn't feel inviting. The bathroom was cramped. I found the cleanliness was subpar, which diminished my overall experience.

clean hotel with pleasant and welcoming employees at the reception desk. marvellous and stunning location, next to piazza dei miracoli, truly enjoyed this place. great meals with hot drinks.

Charming old-world experience

The proximity to the Leaning Tower was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay-just steps away! Friendly staff and character-filled decor added to the charm.

Despite charming qualities, the room felt a bit worn with minimal amenities, especially the lack of a kettle for hot drinks. WiFi also had limited reach.

hotel was staying with her husband for one night. We liked the hotel, cozy, clean venue, most importantly, room was very warm. bathroom is full of fresh and soft towels, bath accessories. hotel is located in an old villa, from this it seemed...  

My double room was a nice size with a view of the tower. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Oh where do I begin? The mattress was like sleeping on nails- horrid! No shower gel in the dispenser? How quaint. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but I guess they don't appreciate their guests. A mediocre stay at best, almost wrote a nice review but just couldn't.

Hotel villa kinzica was one of the nices hotel we have ever stayed in .the hotel style suited pisa . the view from the window of the tower was the best around

Refeshments after 11.30 pm we could not get in the hotel apart from that perfect..............

This hotel has one big plus that covers all the disadvantages: the location. A few steps away from the tower, but away from the noisy crowds, yes, this is the unique location. One or two nights is fine, just keep...
